"I am happy to share my Journey in NIMF. It started when I joined NIMF from ICICI Bank in 2005 at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. There was a lot of excitement on the first day and after 9 years even now it is as exciting as my first day in the company. This is because each day brings lots of opportunities and challenges which keeps me on my toes.

Now as Regional Head, I have to take care of the entire region. This has helped me to understand the need to be accountable and responsible in terms of sales, ops and other allied segments like quality, customer service, etc.

The best part of NIMF is that there is not a single day wherein I feel complacent and saturated. Every day at NIMF provides abundant opportunity and purpose to keep myself updated and dynamic towards the working environment.

The happiest and most memorable moments are - banking the Fast track cheque, overseas visits, being part of the CEO's elite club, Amby Valley, all those blockbuster NFOs to name a few.

The company is energetic, vibrant, visionary and ambitious. I am really proud to be part of NIMF and look forward to long and exciting years ahead."

"I would like to thank NIMF profusely for showing the care and concern and putting in the effort to send customized gifts to our parents on Mother's Day and Father's Day, respectively.

My parents, especially my father, were extremely overwhelmed with the gesture. I have worked with a few companies before but have never come across such an amazing level of HR connect – with employees as well as their loved ones.

My father would have loved to write this note but technically challenged that he is, I am doing it on his behalf. I wouldn't be surprised though if he sends across a handwritten note himself. He is a Professor and such small yet big-hearted gestures of love and respect mean a lot to him.

I know HR teams invariably get a lot of brick-bats but this is one occasion when you deserve all the bouquets and accolades.

"It's been an outstanding learning experience at NIMF over the last 6 years. For someone who joined from a different industry and that too in Aug 08 when the markets were really challenging, I don't think I could have got a better platform.

The big achievement came this year when I was selected to be part of the 'CEO's Club'. To be a part of such an esteemed club with people having vast experience in itself is a great feeling. The criteria to be a member of this elite group was based on performance, potential and good conduct. And getting picked by such a senior panel after a rigorous procedure gives a sense of achievement and responsibility.

I sincerely appreciate the initiative by HR to send personalized cards to wish my parents. It was really emotional and heart touching. Their reaction on receiving the card cannot be expressed in words. It was a great gesture indeed.
