He is Chief Business Officer – Sales & Distribution . He leads and manages all the Segments of our sales function - Retail, Institutional & EPCG. Saugata has played multiple critical roles at NAM India and has extensive experience in leading large businesses successfully. Saugata has also successfully built the SME & HNI segment. Under His different roles and leadership responsibilities over the last 18 years, the distribution team has come a long way with increased focus on opportunities strategic approach and sharper execution. He was with Reliance General Insurance where he was instrumental in setting up the business channel and headed the channel during the period 2005 to 2009.
Prior to joining us, he was with the Reliance Group, Saugata was associated with ICICI Bank Ltd, Mumbai where he worked as Product Head( Bancassurance – General Insurance – Retail and Corporate).
Mr. Milind Nesarikar has over 25 years of experience spanning various industries, organizations & geographies. He has worked in Sales, Operations, Digital Initiatives & Assurance. He has worked in the asset management business, both in the domestic & on the overseas front. In the past, he has worked with Praj Finance Limited, Thermax & Reliance Capital Limited.
Mr. Muneesh Sud (B.Com, ACS, AICWA, LLB) joined Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited in 2008 as Head of Legal. Subsequently, he went on to take additional responsibilities of Compliance & Secretarial functions. Presently, he is designated as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.
Muneesh has around 30 years of rich & diversified experience across various sectors such as Asset Management, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Real Estate & Hospitality, Telecom, IT & ITES, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing.
He has actively engaged in multiple & diversified areas ex. Corporate Laws, SEBI Regulations, Compliance & Risk management, Board processes & practices, Listing & Governance matters, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate restructurings, Setting up multi-jurisdictional & tax-efficient corporate/ fund structures, Int’l & Domestic listings, Strategic Contract negotiations & Litigations, to name a few.
Arpan Saha completed his MBA from the renowned FMS Delhi, University of Delhi and is an alumnus of the prestigious St. Xavier’s Collegiate School, Calcutta.
He has over 23 years of experience in business and marketing roles across diverse industries ranging from e-Commerce, BFSI to Retail. The last 17 years of his career have been specifically in Digital Business and Transformation mandates in Financial Services and e-Commerce start-ups.
Arpan is responsible for all the aspects of Digital at NAM India and in driving its exponential growth. He is entrusted with building the Digital quotient for the organization and transforming NAM India into a Digital Leader in the Mutual Funds industry. He is driving many initiatives to deliver best-in-class innovative digital practices & frictionless experience. His core lies in building new paperless channels for investor acquisition and engagement. He is also responsible for developing deeper integrations and stronger alliances with Digital distribution partners to drive greater penetration and Digital inclusion across real Bharat.
He has pioneered and led the Digital function for organizations like Max Life Insurance and American Express Banking Corp. He has also worked in various capabilities with Citi Group and NIIT Limited. Prior to his current stint at NAM India, Arpan, was with Snapdeal and was heading their Go to Market Strategy and Digital Transformation.
Arun Sundaresan has a total work experience around 20 years, all in the financial services Industry, with the last 19 years in Nippon India Mutual Fund. He has held various positions in the Sales & Distribution function and has had a stint at the corporate strategy function. His last role was as Head- Product Management & Investor Relations. In his current profile, he is responsible for the development and growth of passive business – ETFs and Index Funds. He also leads sustainability and CSR efforts in the company. He holds Certificate in ESG Investing, recognized by UN PRI and administered by CFA Institute. He has done his BE (Hons) Chemical from BITS, Pilani and followed it up with Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurial Management (PGDEM) from T.A.Pai Management Institute, Manipal. He has also earned the right to use the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter from the CFA Institute, USA.
Kaiyomurz Daver , brings with him over two decades of experience across BFSI , media and service sectors.
He has worked with leading organisations like Kotak group , Bandhan asset management ( erstwhile IDFC MF ) ,Motilal Oswal , Business standard etc across brand , marketing and corporate communications functions.
At Nippon life asset management , Kaiyomurz is responsible for brand strategy and growth , media management and marketing communications .
Physics (Hons) graduate and a PGDM in Human Resources from XISS, Ranchi, Claritas Investment Certification awarded by the CFA Institute, USA
He strongly believes in the HR function being a key strategic link in any business which can add tremendous value through leveraging human capital. He has in-depth experience and proven capabilities in building, nurturing, engaging and retaining a top performing team in a very dynamic environment, and can help create an enabling culture for the business to grow. Abhijit brings with him over 25 years of experience in various IT leadership roles at reputed organizations like DCB, Polaris Consulting and Services, Sears Holding and Wipro Technologies. He comes with great experience of having driven IT and digital strategies for large organizations as well as in consulting roles. His last assignment was for a startup- Growthsource Financial Technologies where he was working as partner and Chief Technology Officer.
Abhijit will be responsible for leading the IT function and will contribute significantly to our IT strategy, technical capabilities and future readiness. He brings a wealth of valuable expertise that will facilitate our ambitions of further extending our digital reach, connect and transformation and virtual pace-up capabilities for the future.
Abhijit has completed his MBA from SIBM, Pune University and his B.E. Computers from VJTI, Mumbai.
Mr. Rishi Garg has joined Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited as Chief Risk Officer. He comes with over 25 years of experience across all facets of Risk Management, including Market Risk, Credit Risk, Enterprise Risk, Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk, Reputation Risk, and Environmental & Social Risk.
Rishi has worked with eminent organizations like ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland, CRISIL, TATA Motors and Daiwa Capital Markets. He is an IIM Lucknow alumnus and B.E. from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology.
Prithwijit brings with him over 17 years of rich experience in Customer Services across telecom, financial services, BPO, and hotel industry. He has been with Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited (Formerly Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited) for almost a year. He was with Bharti Airtel where he was designated as GM. Prior to this he was Senior Manager for the International Banking Division at ICICI Bank.
Prior to joining Nippon India, Prithwijit managed various key positions in Bharti Airtel Ltd, ICICI Bank Ltd, Reliance infostreams Pvt Ltd and The Taj Group of Hotels.

Parag is a Chartered Accountant and is the Head – Internal Audit. Parag brings with him 20 years of rich experience in the areas of Governance, Risk and Compliance, including Internal Audit, Internal Financial Controls, Enterprise Risk Management, etc. Along with CA, Parag is certified CIA, CISA, DISA and CPA.
Prior to joining Nippon India, he has also worked with companies like RSM Astute Consulting, Deloitte, Genpact, ICICI Bank, Poeticgem, Ceat Tyres.
