Through targeted investments in energy efficiency, adoption of renewable energy, and efforts to reduce the environmental impact of data centres and business travel, the company continues to pursue innovative solutions that support long-term growth while contributing positively to the planet.

In FY24, the company prioritised energy management across all its facilities an essential step in combating the devastating impacts of climate change and setting a benchmark for industry peers.

In alignment with its target of sourcing 100% of its energy from renewable sources by 2030, the organisation has made tangible progress in 2024. The company installed on-site solar panels in India, generating 1,731.21 MWh (Megawatt-hour) in FY24. Additionally, two of its European offices procured electricity entirely from renewable sources through green tariffs. The company secured renewable energy certificates and energy attribute certificates totalling 3,549.17 MWh globally.

Although their operations are not water-intensive, the company recognises the importance of responsible water use. As of FY24, 50% of the water used across its facilities was recycled. The company also employed rainwater harvesting pits to recharge groundwater tables, with a total storage capacity reaching 612.49 kilolitres by the end of FY23.
